At Stellar Agent Services we manage the listing from the day your listing agreement is signed!
Each listing is different, but below is our general process:
- We make an introduction call/text/email to your Seller letting them know we are on YOUR TEAM and will be helping YOU with the listing of their home!
- Schedule your Photographer (if not already done)
- Keep your client Opportunity/DotLoop/other transaction management systems organized and review all documents for completion. (Check all agreements/disclosures/documents for completion, initials and/or signatures.)
- Add a Calendar reminder for 1 week prior to the Listing Expiration Date.
- Send Seller your Utility Information Sheet to keep on file
- Enter Listing into MLS Systems – which includes adding photos, disclosures/other documents & virtual tour links, setting up ShowingTime, scheduling open houses, etc…
- Assign & Listen to VoicePad for accuracy of Listing (if needed)
- Email new listing link to Seller.
- Post/Blast/Share/Promote via Social Media your NEW LISTING with Photos, MLS Listing Link, Virtual Tour Link and YOUR contact info!
- Check accuracy of Listing on Real Estate .com websites (ie: Realtor.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Homes.com, etc…)
Additional Services (upon request):
- Design & Mail “Just Listed” Postcards (Cost of postcard, postage and any purchased mailing list is NOT included in the Listing Services pricing.)
- Create in home marketing flyer including photos, description and highlights of the home with YOUR contact info.
- Schedule and post Open House to MLS’s and confirm pickup by Real Estate .com sites (Realtor.com, Zillow.com, etc…) Company Intranet & Social Media and Design Open House Flyer for Door Knocking Neighborhood. (**You are not limited to just 1 Open House like most other companies. We will schedule as many Open Houses as you need to get your listing SOLD!***)
